Finding psychological support, getting emergency help, who to turn to in the event of discrimination, obtaining legal aid... these are just some of the questions that can be answered here.
You need to create and submit your Student Social File (DSE) on www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr before 31 May. If you submit your application after this date, the payment of your grant may be delayed.
You need to prepare to enter your EHR and ensure you have the following to hand:
- a personal email address,
- your parents’ tax assessment for the year N-2 (for example: for a scholarship application for the start of the 2026 academic year, provide the 2025 tax assessment relating to 2024 income),
- proof of enrolment,
- a bank account details form in your full name (bank account details in your parents’ name will not be accepted).
Various The following criteria are taken into account when awarding the scholarship : the family income, the number of dependent children (in higher education), the’distance from the place of study.

You do not need to wait for your exam results or the Parcoursup results to compile your DSE.
Please note that some institutions and certain courses are not eligible to accept scholarship holders.
The health and social care scholarships are not managed by the Crous but by the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region.
If you are a student in the health and social care sector (nursing, physiotherapy, midwifery, social care assistant, early years educator, special needs educator, etc.), the scholarship application takes place online every year on the BFC Region’s website : www.bourgognefranchecomte.fr/demande-de-bourse-sanitaire-et-sociale
The scales are the same as those in the amounts of national higher education grants awarded on the basis of means (CROUs grants; see above).

Le Crous social service provides support and listens to students facing difficulties of any kind (personal, family-related, psychological, medical, administrative or financial). You must make an appointment on the internet.
