I'm a European student and I'd like to work in France after my studies. Is this possible?

Are you originally from aEuropean UniontheEuropean Economic Area or Switzerland: you can stay in France as long as you like to look for a job after your studies.

I'm from another country. Can I stay and work in France after my studies?

You have a promise of employment or an employment contract: you can apply for a residence permit that will allow you to work, but only for certain occupations that are "in short supply" (employers find it difficult to recruit for these occupations).
Please note Some countries have signed more favorable agreements with France (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Congo, Gabon, Georgia, Mauritius, Senegal and Tunisia).

With a professional bachelor's or master's degree, you can work in any profession related to your training, provided you earn at least €2,702.70 gross per month.

You have no promise of employment or employment contract: if your diploma is a professional license or a master's degree (or equivalent), you can apply for a job-seeking/business creation residence permit, valid for twelve months and non-renewable while you look for a job in France.

Please note: apply for these residence permits at least 2 months before the expiry date of your student card.
