You must create and file your Student Social File (DSE) on www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr before May 31. If you submit your application after this date, the payment of your scholarship may be delayed.
You must prepare to enter your EHR and bring the following:
- a personal email address,
- your parents’ tax assessment notice for the year N-2 (for example: for a scholarship application for the 2026 school year, provide the 2025 tax assessment notice for 2024 income),
- proof of enrollment,
- a bank account number in your first and last name (bank account numbers in parents' names will not be accepted).
Various The following criteria are taken into account when awarding the scholarship : the family income, the number of dependent children (in higher education), the’distance from the place of study.

You don't have to wait for your test results or the Parcoursup decision to put together your DSE.
Please note that some institutions and programs are not eligible to accept scholarship recipients.
Visit Health and Social Services Scholarships are not administered by the CROUS but by the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region.
If you are a student in the health and social services field (nursing, physical therapy, midwifery, social work, early childhood education, special education, etc.), the scholarship application is done online every year on the BFC Region's website : www.bourgognefranchecomte.fr/demande-de-bourse-sanitaire-et-sociale
The rates are the same as the Amounts of National Higher Education Scholarships Based on Financial Need (CROUs scholarships; see above).
